Incident Reporting

Supremex offers a personal 24-hour incident reporting hotline, available through a third party specialized firm.  Supremex is committed to providing employees with a safe, healthy and friendly working environment.

The call center is staffed by professionally trained call takers able to speak English and French.  After reporting and incident, Supremex will follow-up with the appropriate concern and attention to resolve issues according to company policies.

This confidential tool makes reporting of workplace concerns and issues a snap.  To report an incident, dial 1-866-781-8103.  A confidential and anonymous report will instantly and discretely be forwarded to the appropriate persons within Supremex.
