Supremex leaves nothing to chance when it comes to manufacturing – eliminating all the uncertainties that come with the traditional subjective processes. By moving to a more objective, measurable approach, we now consider our process a science, not an ‘art’.

With continuous improvement at the forefront, Supremex has gone to great lengths over the last years to vastly increase its already unmatched ability to provide printed envelopes and various mailing solutions.  Most recently, we've invested in flexo printing equipment capable of printing up to 8 colours in High Definition on paper, cardboard, aluminum and film.  This equipment also includes a state-of-the-art electronic printing quality control system.  We can therefore produce envelopes from pre-printed rolls. 

We have made advances in digital plate making along with a number of digital print and proofing solutions in our pre-press departments. 

In addition, we work closely with our equipment vendors to ensure that all our equipment is upgraded to the latest folding, cutting and gluing systems to ensure only the highest quality and lowest defect rates in the industry - our defect-free rate in 2009 was 99.85%.
